The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week after receiving your item.
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the size guide. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled and that's our error. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.
Because your garment has been made-to-order, we cannot offer size exchanges for free, unless it is our error. Please carefully review our detailed size guide before placing your order. You can also email Ms. Antimatter regarding any questions or concerns you have about sizing prior to ordering.
Order never arrived:
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know! First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, email us noting your order number and we'll sort it out. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Please note: in regards to sizing errors, damaged or lost items, all reasonable attempts will be made to keep our customers satisfied by exchanging /replacing the item in question—but, at this time, we do not offer monetary refunds.
